We are delighted to offer our customers all across the world the chance to shop our collection of jewellery and watches.

Please read the below information carefully before completing your order.

We recommend checking the delivery time on the item page to avoid disappointment. Any questions please reach out to our customer service team.


Delivery

We offer shipping throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

UK Delivery

The last order time for delivery for in stock items to arrive before Christmas (2024) is 2pm Friday the 20th of December.

  • Standard delivery is £3.00

  • Standard Delivery orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days

  • Items will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock
  • Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £250

  • Orders over £250 will require a signature

  • Delivered and fully insured via Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service


UK Next Day Delivery

  • Next day delivery is available for eligible area UK orders
  • Next day delivery is £5.00
  • Items will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock
  • Delivered and fully insured via Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service
  • All orders require a signature for added security
  • Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the following day (excluding bank holidays)
  • Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - so if an order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday
  • Next day delivery time frames are subject to change during the holiday periods. If in doubt contact our team. 

Europe Delivery

  • Standard delivery in Europe is £9.00, although this could vary depending on the postal code. The exact figure will be calculated at checkout, once the delivery address has been entered.
  • Europe delivery timings between 3-7 working days
  • Choice of delivery by Royal Mail or DHL available at checkout
  • Orders placed before 3pm UK time will be despatched the following business day (excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays)

International Delivery (Outside of Europe)

  • International delivery charges vary depending on the postal code. The exact figure will be calculated at checkout, once the delivery address has been entered
  • EU delivery timings between 5-10 working days
  • Secure delivery by DHL
  • Orders placed before 3pm UK time will be despatched the following business day (excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays)

VAT, Taxes and Duties

Please note, for orders placed outside the UK, VAT and other taxes and duties ARE NOT included in your final payment to Browns Family Jewellers. Therefore, additional costs may be incurred with the courier before your order is delivered.

Unfortunately, Browns Family Jewellers cannot advise on what the cost of any duties charges, taxes or VAT may be for your delivery address.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your goods and wish to return your purchase to us, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Simply notify us within 14 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase. Please return your goods within 30 days of receipt, ensuring they are in their original condition and making sure to include your order confirmation and any documentation and/or certificates.

Any refund made will be reimbursed to the same payment method as the original purchase. Any made to order engagement rings or items that have been engraved or personalised cannot be returned for a full refund. 

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order
  • Original condition together with any original documentation and/or certification
  • Browns watch or jewellery presentation box must be included with the return
  • Pack carefully and seal securely
  • Enclose a copy of the receipt with request to refund
  • For added security, we recommend tracking and insuring your parcel with signed-for delivery
  • Browns Family Jewellers are not liable for your return item until it has been received
  • Retain your proof of postage and record the tracking number
  • Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed
  • If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of us notifying you that your refund has been processed, please contact us on 0800 802 1772 for assistance.

If items are returned after 30 days of purchase we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the item being in its original condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect then please contact us on 0800 802 1772 for assistance.

Any International returns must be clearly marked ‘returned goods’ and the country of origin listed as the U.K.; failure to do so will incur customs charges which will be chargeable to the sender.
