Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You will not need to create an account to place an order, although we recommend that you do as this will allow you to use our wishlist function.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Certainly! We provide two gift wrapping choices for all our orders: a traditional gift bag for £3 or our premium gift wrap elegantly tied with a bow for £5 Click here for gift wrapping options
Can I have my item delivered to a Browns store?
Yes. We can arrange for your item to be collected from your local Browns jewellers store. Speak to one of our customer service team today.
Is the packaging of my order discreet?
All orders from Browns will be packaged discreetly, bearing the Browns logo without any mention of jewellry. Require even greater discretion? Reach out to our team today
Can I change the address on my order?
Certainly! You can modify the address for your UK order until 1 pm on the dispatch date. Our customer service team is available to assist you with this. Please note that address changes cannot be accommodated for orders paid through Novuna Finance due to their security protocols. International customers are advised to get in touch with our customer service team for assistance.
Is a signature required for my order delivery
All next day delivery or orders sent via Royal Mail special delivery will require a signature. International orders will also require a signature. Unsure if your order will need to be signed for? contact our team today.
I opted for next day delivery, where is my order?
Our offices remain closed during weekends. Orders made after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and are expected to arrive by Tuesday. If this situation does not apply to your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will investigate the matter for you.
How long do I have to return my online order?
We offer 30 days to return your order as long as we are notified within the first 14 days of receipt. All returns will go through our standard return assessment before a refund or exchange is issued. For further information see here
Can I refund my online purchase in store?
Our store teams are pleased to accept your returns. These returns will be transferred to our online customer service team using our internal courier service. Subsequently, your item will undergo a standard returns assessment, and based on the results of this evaluation, a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds cannot be processed in-store.
Can I refund my in store purchase?
We are unable to offer refunds. Goods (except earrings) are exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase if in pristine
condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Pawns where we do not take title are exempt from VAT under group 5, schedule 9
of the VAT act 1994
How soon will my refund be credited back to my account?
Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed.If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of us notifying you that your refund has been processed, please contact us on 0800 802 1772 for assistance.
What is the last date for Christmas orders?
With Christmas fast approaching we want to ensure your loved ones get the magical gifts you chose for them. In order to guarantee Christmas delivery, please find our last order dates below.
- UK: 19th December before 2pm
- Europe: 12th December before 2pm
- America: 7th December before 2pm
- Australia: 7th December before 2pm
- Rest of the world: 7th December before 2pm
