What Happens First?
We know how special and sentimental a watch can be so we’ll update you on its time with us. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as it’s in the safe hands of the servicer. Once the timepiece has been examined for damage both inside and out, an estimate will be made on work needed to return it back to its former glory. Your consent will be needed before any care or repair takes place.
All watches sent for repair will undergo a free estimate of the work required, and any watches that haven't received work will be returned to you by post, paid for with our compliments.

When your watch arrives, it’ll also have its case, that holds everything together and bracelet that goes around your wrist, ultrasonically cleaned.
